These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software and services provided by BBX Audio (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any BBX Audio plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
BBX Audio is a trade name of ‘Jochem de Jong - Music & Multimedia B.V.’ registered at Herengracht 437B, 1017BR Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and we use Moonbase.sh as our Merchant of Record. Moonbase handles all payments, invoicing, and taxes for purchases made on our site.
2. Software License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our plugins on up to two of your own devices simultaneously. You may use them in both commercial and non-commercial audio productions.
3. Refund Policy
Purchases made through Moonbase are covered by a 14-day refund policy, in accordance with EU consumer law. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@bbxaudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number when requesting a refund. Refunds are processed through Moonbase, our payment provider.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Here’s how we handle your data:
Data Collected:
- When you purchase a plugin, Moonbase collects your name, email, country, and payment info to process your order.
- When you use our website or sign up for freebies, we may collect your name and email to build our mailing list (with your consent).
- If you choose to allow optional cookies (opt-in) in the consent banner, we may use them for marketing and analytics:

How We Use It:

5. Limitation of Liability
All plugins are provided "as-is". While we test thoroughly, we do not guarantee compatibility with every system or DAW. We are not liable for any data loss, hearing damage, missed deadlines, or other damages arising from use of our software.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you breach these Terms—for example, by sharing your license key or modifying the software.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you reside in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws.
